What?
We are expanding our product offering due to escalation in demand to provide accurate origin and distribution of fluids. Over the years we have performed “blind tests” to validate the capabilities of our DNA technology. There has been growing demand for fluid analysis, so this has now been implemented, tested and field proven. GeOME is now offering Fluid Detection as a service.
How?
By providing us with a fluid mixture, we will extract, sequence, analyze and report on the type of fluid(s), as well as the % distribution if there is a mixture of fluids or other elements. Our technology identifies the unique microbial biome present to separate the mixtures. Contact us for further details on how the process works, and the necessary requirements.
Who?
Uses and users are multiple, and often proprietary and confidential. Albeit we are open to a number of industries, an example is towards the oil and gas industry. There are several sanctions in place for crude oil distribution. One example is the G7 and EU sanctions on Russian crude. There are allegedly situations where for instance the Russian Ural blend is sold, refined, or in other ways distributed to avoid sanctions. In these instances, GeOME’s Fluid Detection identifies the original crude oil present, in any sample, and able to detect if this is in fact unknowingly containing Russian crude oil, or any type of elements. This is just an example of how much complexity GeOME’s new product offering is capable of.
